This is an introduction to the recovery side of Obsidian. It is critical that we place as much emphasis on the lengthening side of your workout, otherwise known as eccentric conditioning. This is the perfect complement to the higher intensity workouts. We will use the Obsidian Board, tennis ball, towel and foam roll for an all-encompassing release of tension and stress leaving you balanced, relaxed and invigorated.
